Gameplay update

Many changes to make the game more fun:

- Life system has been removed.

- Better power-ups (now cheaper).

- Complete levels now give you more coins.

- Better performance and internal changes.

- Simplified user interface

With this major update I wanted to make it more satisfying to play by getting better rewards, and more use of the power-ups.
